Wabash Cleanup and Restoration

We had to use SERVPRO recently due to an upstairs toilet overflowing ALL DAY! The crew came out with in a few hours of my call. Got the stabilization going, and 2 days later had everything that needed to be demoed taken care of. These guys are top notch! They took great care of our home and we very kind and professional. From the first day when I called for help with the water damage in my home to the day they brought my contents back, they have been kind, professional, and thorough. My first contacts were Justin, Alex, and Samantha. They guided me through what they were going to do to get my home dried out, how they would pack up my home, and the process of dealing with my insurance. I was informed when people were in the home as well, which made me fell secure and safe. Joanne and her team packed up the contents of my home with care and delivered them back equally with care. The office staff is equally gracious every time I go in (Sandra and the receptionist). I am so grateful to SERVPRO for their amazing service during a very difficult time. Five stars is not enough!

I cannot describe how above and beyond SERVPRO went during what was a traumatic event for me and my family. When my house flooded from a busted pipe back in September, it was the first time I had ever dealt with an insurance loss of that magnitude and it broke something in my brain. I didn't know what to do and I was absolutely terrified. Thank you so much to Rudy and his crew for leading mitigation efforts so competently, confidently, gently, and seemingly effortlessly. Rudy and his team were so fantastic that I basically begged him for his recommendation on a contractor to reconstruct my house following damage mitigation. He did point me to SERVPRO's sibling reconstruction biz, and I am so grateful for that. Rudy was so kind and patient with me, a man clearly being driven insane by his situation. This was my first insurance loss and I was absolutely terrified of everything to do with the process. Rudy was so calm and collected and kind. I am also super happy with how our stuff was treated, as SERVPRO also did pack out / pack in (so the reconstruction biz could rebuild our floors). THANK YOU so much to Rudy and the rest of the move pack crew for helping me and my family navigate what has really been one of the most stressful events of my entire life. I found Katy and Ninoska to be such wonderful women. They are hard working, conscientious, kind, beautiful people My house is so much better. They cleaned, vacuumed, arranged, moved furniture. My kitchen is beautiful Ceiling and walls and floors and furniture all clean I love them!
