Ninoska and Arturo performed a crime scene clean up. They were very friendly, informative, empathetic, and professional. They did an excellent job, the one and only negative take away is they didn't bring their own vacuum, they had to use mine. Other than that, like I said, they did a wonderful job. We had to use SERVPRO recently due to an upstairs toilet overflowing ALL DAY! The crew came out with in a few hours of my call. We had a combination of grey water, leakage, and water damage throughout multiple rooms and they were able to mitigate the issue and schedule follow-up appointments as well.
