Ninoska's entire team was AMAZING! Minooka, Robert, Arturo, Manuel, Luis, Amina, Lenox, Daren, Eduardo, Noha, Eliah, Tennessee, Devin, Milton and Luanne, it took this entire team to make our pack-up and move-out run smoothly. Believe me, this was a big, painstaking job being done during the hottest days of this year. I cannot say enough about SERVPRO. From the first day when I called for help with the water damage in my home to the day they brought my contents back, they have been kind, professional, and thorough. My first contacts were Justin, Alex, and Samantha. They guided me through what they were going to do to get my home dried out, how they would pack up my home, and the process of dealing with my insurance. I was informed when people were in the home as well, which made me fell secure and safe. Joanne and her team packed up the contents of my home with care and delivered them back equally with care. The office staff is equally gracious every time I go in (Sandra and the receptionist). I am so grateful to SERVPRO for their amazing service during a very difficult time. Five stars is not enough!

Today we had a team pack back of 8 storage units of furniture and boxes. The whole team of Joanne, Patricia, Eduardo, Arturo and Josh worked carefully and efficiently taking and placing our belongings in each room.
Joanne and Patricia really went the extra mile in making it easy to open and stack boxes. They were superb!
In the original pack out right after the fire, Sandra and Ninoska and their teams and Alex were wonderful. Not only did they pack, label and stack all belongings with great care, they also cleaned and scrubbed every surface of the studs and ceiling joists throughout the house.
All these people were easy to get along with, had a great sense of humor and worked well with each other.
