Just wanted to give you & your amazing employees a shout out. Our basement has flooded twice just in one month. Both times you arrived promptly & your employees explained the whole process throughly & answered all of our questions. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable but very compassionate! SERVPRO saved us in a very difficult situation. After attempting to work with another restoration company (because in a crisis you call the first number you see without research) SERVPRO was hired in their place and the differences were seen right away. This company is professional, timely, and got the job done without instruction. I am so incredibly thankful that this company came out and not only saved my home but my sanity. They did their jobs so well and made me feel calm for the first time since our water line burst. Never would I recommended anyone other than SERVPRO in these types of situations. Very respectful employees. The lady's are so sweet and always smiling and talking so proudly of their peers and ready to help and answer questions when we needed them. Office staff are so nice as well!! GREAT company.
I had a drain back up in my basement and they were here within 15 minutes. Sucked up the water, put in air dryers, hauled away wet carpet and diagnosed the issue. It took 1 hour from phone call to completion!
Ryan and his team are an exceptional example of great service and dedication to helping solve any flooding cleanup problems. They were speedy and responsive to all questions and worked well with our insurance company. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs water cleanup.

SERVPRO of Longview/Kelso is owned and operated by Ryan and Lacey "Fowler" Grady. We live, work and shop here in Cowlitz County. Have many members of family here and are going to raise our kids here. We love our community. Lacey is happily employed with the Longview School district, as an English Teacher
