In December 2016 Hector and his team undertook a really stinky job for us - clearing nearly 2 feet of sewage from underneath one of the rentals we manage. The SERVPRO team did a spectacular job, keeping in touch with us, and the Owner on an almost daily basis. this job took 2 weeks - but could have been much longer and much worse had it not been for SERVPRO's expertise. I've been employed at SERVPRO for a 1 1/2 year's now. The location and establishment of the business is wonderful. SERVPRO was able to come dry out our kitchen leak the following day from our first initial call. Speedy, friendly, and even willing to come out on a Sunday! We were recommended to use SERVPRO from Heritage Construction in Longview.

SERVPRO of Longview/Kelso is owned and operated by Ryan and Lacey "Fowler" Grady. We live, work and shop here in Cowlitz County. Have many members of family here and are going to raise our kids here. We love our community. Lacey is happily employed with the Longview School district, as an English Teacher
