What I thought might be something serious turned out to be nothing more than condensation due to high humidity. Hector took readings and inspected and said the problem could be remedied with a dehumidifier. He is a totally professional and personable man with a genuine desire to help. He charged me nothing, but he gained an advocate and a fan.

I've been employed at SERVPRO for a 1 1/2 year's now. The location and establishment of the business is wonderful. Working in the restoration industry is a very rewarding career that offers a lot of potential for growth. The staff here are very nice and always eager to help.
