Bobby Stewart
Bobby Stewart is a working toward becoming a Water Tech here at SERVPRO of Grays Harbor & Pacific Counties. He has been here for 8 months. He also is an Eagle Scout, Skateboarding leader and he has great management skills and is always willing to go above and beyond for everything he does.
Allen Swaney
Allen has been a Production Technician at Grays Harbor & Pacific Counties since May 2022. His extensive background includes house painting, demolition, and rebuilding structures. Allen is keen on constantly learning new elements of the restoration industry, such as the use of power tools, the nuances of water and fire damage tasks, and general knowledge. He volunteered at Habitat for Humanity and joined the FEMA clean-up team at the 2015 Grays Harbor Flood. Allen is a member of the Wisemen 101 Motorcycle Club and loves riding his Harley Davidson. He also enjoys hanging out with friends, camping, fishing, spending time with his family, and, of course, his dogs.
Anthony Gaidrich
Anthony has been a Team Leader at SERVPRO of Grays Harbor & Pacific Counties since 2021. He is known as a hard worker who pays attention to detail. He resides in Central Park, where he loves playing with his son and daughter.
Carol Brooke
Carol is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Grays Harbor & Pacific Counties since 2021. She is a key crew member who is always willing to help. Carol hails from Hoquiam, where she enjoys most outdoor activities and helping her family.
Johnathon Faulkner
Johnathon has been working at SERVPRO of Grays Harbor & Pacific Counties since 2020 and is a Crew Chief. He helps with restoration and rebuilds and lives in Aberdeen with his daughter and son. Johnathon likes to fix trucks, cars and bikes.
Jonah Showalter
Jonah hails from Aberdeen and has been a mitigation technician at SERVPRO of Grays Harbor & Pacific Counties since 2023. His experience in framing and roofing adds relevance to his great efforts with our crew. Jonah enjoys fishing, building cars, and hanging out with his son.
Kaden Cochran
Kaden lives in Central Park and has been a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Grays Harbor & Pacific Counties since 2022. He is a hard worker and a strong team member who focuses on cleaning content, demolition, and assisting our customers. Kaden is a free spirit who talks and laughs a lot. He likes to exercise, cook, gamble, sing and play music.
Timothy Jones
Tim has been a Lead Technician at SERVPRO of Grays Harbor & Pacific Counties since 2022. He is a vital part of our restoration crew, lives in Hoquiam, and, when not working, loves spending time with his son and daughter.

We had a water catastrophe and called SERVPRO this morning. They were there in less than a half hour! They got to work and told me they needed to pull up some flooring. I had my two year old granddaughter who wasn't feeling too great and I thought, "How am I going to pack up all of my hutch on such short notice??" But I didn't have to lift a finger! I took the grandbaby to lunch while Monica carefully packed all of my Memaw's dishes. I came back to a tidy stack of neatly labeled boxes! So grateful to the crew for coming to our rescue! Everyone was professional, careful, and kind. 5 stars!
Update:
I finished my SERVPRO experience yesterday. We ended up having to replace quite a bit in our home, which required the removal of almost everything in the house. Yesterday the truck brought back our belongings. As I was unpacking, I was very impressed by the care with which staff had packed things. I was worried about what to do with the enormous amount of boxes and paper, (every box was new and still in great shape except for the labeling) but I found out... SERVPRO re-purposes all of it! The staff was just as friendly and efficient as before. One thing I noticed when they were here at the beginning packing the house up... it was hot weather and I saw a lot of them had various drinks, which is good, you want to stay hydrated. When they left though, there was not one single empty bottle or even a bottle cap to be found on my property! Super professional! So my update is 5 more stars!
I recently had a candle knocked over and all the wax spilled on my carpet !! I called SERVPRO and they immediately came to my home to look at the carpet, gave me an appraisal to remove the wax and clean the carpet. Came next day and did a fabulous job!! I’ve used SERVPRO for 25 years. Highly recommend them!
