Great Falls is a census-designated place (CDP) in Fairfax County, Virginia, United States. The population as of the 2010 census was 15,427, an increase of 80.5% from the 2000 census. Colonial farm settlements began to form in the area as early as the late 1700s. Early on, the village was known as Forestville (unofficially, since there was already a Forestville with a Post Office), but it was renamed Great Falls in 1955.

We had a basement pipe flood with kitchen waste and it went EVERYWHERE. Gray water was under flooring, in two different rooms, and just nasty. I called them as soon as the plumber was done fixing the pipe, and they arrived two hours later, right when they said they would. Within just a couple hours, they had cleaned everything, pulled up the tile that needed to be removed, and salvaged the walls (only needed to remove the trim at the bottom). SERVPRO did a complete and thorough job of getting all the water out of our house after a pipe leak. We would definitely hire them again if needed.
The estimator came on time and explained his findings and what needed to be done. He was very informative about mold and my situation. I had had 3 other mold remediation estimates and Michael was the most knowledgeable by far. He was also responsive to any concerns I had. Mold remediation: Dion and Sam showed up on time. They were both cordial and explained what they were going to do. I asked a lot of clarification questions which can get annoying yet they addressed each question patiently.

They even took my dishes out of my china cabinet and washed and replaced them as well as all if my dishes in each of my kitchen cupboards. And when they left my hardwood floors were sparkling shiny!!
