I had serious smoke damage in my living room, dining room, kitchen, lower family room abs upstairs bathroom and bedroom. Hallways and entrance. SERVPRO came and cleaned out the vents and ducts. The cleaning crew came a few days later and did a wonderful job of cleaning the ceilings, walls, cupboards, floors. They even took my dishes out of my china cabinet and washed and replaced them as well as all if my dishes in each of my kitchen cupboards. And when they left my hardwood floors were sparkling shiny!! Prior to the site visit I was contacted by Mr. Johnson so he would have a better feel for what to expect upon his arrival. By the end of the conversation he decided that a visual site inspection be completed prior to any air samples being taken. On the day of our scheduled appointment, Mr. Johnson arrived at the designated time and conducted a thorough inspection of the property. During the inspection he explained in a clear and precise manner, what he was looking for and how that specific item may be a potential hazard. Within a few days I was provided with a detailed report of Mr. Johnson’s visit with recommendations on how to proceed with addressing any issues.
