In fact, he was so honest that he gave me plenty of advice on how to fixe the issue ourselves. He said that they are willing to take the job, but would cost less if we were to do it ourselves.
I was very impressed by him; he didn't have to give the details on how to fixe the problem, but he did. He also didn't charge us any fees for coming out.
If we ever have a job that is beyond our ability to fix I would definitely use them.
I had a 2nd floorvwater leak that resulted in a mold smell that was at times overwhelming. Fixed the leak myself and had SERVPRO provide an estimated for remediation which was accepted and executed.
