I had had 3 other mold remediation estimates and Michael was the most knowledgeable by far. He was also responsive to any concerns I had. Mold remediation: Dion and Sam showed up on time. They were both cordial and explained what they were going to do. I asked a lot of clarification questions which can get annoying yet they addressed each question patiently.
I was truly impressed with the promptness and service I received from your company during our family crisis just a few short weeks ago. From start to finish the members of the SERVPRO family were extremely professional and courteous and put my family at ease during a very uneasy time.
