I had serious smoke damage in my living room, dining room, kitchen, lower family room abs upstairs bathroom and bedroom. Hallways and entrance. SERVPRO came and cleaned out the vents and ducts. The cleaning crew came a few days later and did a wonderful job of cleaning the ceilings, walls, cupboards, floors. They even took my dishes out of my china cabinet and washed and replaced them as well as all if my dishes in each of my kitchen cupboards. And when they left my hardwood floors were sparkling shiny!! I had had 3 other mold remediation estimates and Michael was the most knowledgeable by far. He was also responsive to any concerns I had. Mold remediation: Dion and Sam showed up on time. They were both cordial and explained what they were going to do. I asked a lot of clarification questions which can get annoying yet they addressed each question patiently.
I was truly impressed with the promptness and service I received from your company during our family crisis just a few short weeks ago. From start to finish the members of the SERVPRO family were extremely professional and courteous and put my family at ease during a very uneasy time. I feel comfortable that the job was done correct and that I couldn't have called a better company to assist my family and I during all this.
