Today Kevin and Mo with SERVPRO did an assessment of water damage caused by a roof leak at my house. Kevin did a thorough check of several walls and baseboards and provided immediate feedback. The good news for me is that most of the damage is only cosmetic and can be easily fixed. He also pointed me to one spot that retains moisture and needs further attention. He explained how it should be dried and repaired. He provided an estimate from SERVPRO to do the repair, and he also gave me some good advice in case I choose to fix it myself. I did have to pay for his assessment, and I found it was worth the small cost to have a professional evaluation and high quality advice. I would not hesitate to call SERVPRO again for their help. They were very responsive - I called them at 11 am and they stopped by only a few hours later.
Service tech, Kevin W, was very polite and he explained everything he was doing and why. Very thorough, great customer service!

Jordan was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to water/mold remediation to a portion of my home, due to damage caused by a negligent contractor. Would definitely recommend them for water/mold remediation to anyone needing their services. Very professional, timely, and really great to work with in what was a very stressful time for me; they definitely set my mind at ease in regards to the water damage and mold growth.
