A supervisor named Kevin showed up and could not have been more informative, helpful and cordial. He explained everything that was about to happen and made us feel very comfortable with the process. The communication from him and the people at SERVPRO has been exceptional and I could not give them a higher recommendation.

Augustine and his crew did a great job! Showed up 15 minutes early, got right to work, answered all my questions, and were done in 2hours. So far, they've done a great jog. We'll see how they do tomorrow on the monitoring and what they think is actually destroyed! Dave
