I would enthusiastically recommend this professional company to anyone who suffers flooding or water damage to their home.  In my case, they were truly a godsend.
At 4 am Thursday morning, my wife and I awoke to discover that a busted hot water supply line had flooded our kitchen, the hallways, and parts of every room in our house except one. My wife called our insurance company which contacted SERVPRO.  By 7am or so, Kyle, the lead manager, was at our house surveying the damage and before 8 am two "water mitigation" crews had arrived.  It was like the "cavalry to the rescue."  I found all of their employees to be professional, knowledgeable, and concerned.  They kept us (and the insurance company) informed of each step in the process.  They used electronic equipment to determine areas where water had penetrated the walls and took extensive pictures and videos of the damage. They were extremely careful with our furniture and personal belongings and pointed out any items that looked like they had suffered water damage.  In three rooms they moved the furniture to the center and covered it with plastic which was taped tight. They left three de-humidifiers and thirty some-odd blowers, which they checked daily, to complete the drying process (which took three days in our case.)

Suffering a water damage as a first time homeowner I was overwhelmed to say the least. The SERVPRO of Spring/Tomball crews were professional, and walked me through the process one step at a time. I hope I don't have to use them for a while but in the event I have a water damage, I know who to call.
