Michael Hajek
Michael Hajek is our General Manager of Mitigation here at SERVPRO Spring/Tomball.
He is certified in the following:
-IICRC Water Damage Restoration
-IICRC Applied Structural Drying
-IICRC Fire and Smoke Restoration
-IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation
-TDLR Licensed Mold Remediation Contractor
Michael has been with SERVPRO for 4 years and has been the General Manager for 2 years. When not assisting our Residential and Commercial Customers, Michael enjoys fishing and hiking at Lake Conroe and taking care of his tropical fish.
Robert Cryer
Robert Cryer is our General Manager in the Reconstruction Department for SERVPRO of Spring/Tomball. Robert has over 30 years experience in drywall, framing, remodeling and restoration experience.
He has been with SERVPRO for 10 years and puts all of his effort into his work. He enjoys spending time with his family in his spare time and hunting and fishing.
Christina Gray
Christina Gray is the Office Manager here at SERVPRO Spring/Tomball.
I have been at Spring /Tomball for 2 years. Before working in restoration, I was a High School teacher for 13 years. I am a big reader and always have a book of some kind with me because you never know when you may have a little bit of down time. I also love spending time with my dog Fenrys.
Keith Thompson
Keith Thompson is our Commercial Sales Marketing Rep here at SERVPRO Spring/Tomball.

Shane Elliott
Shane Elliott is one of our Build Back Superintendents here at SERVPRO Spring/Tomball.
Shane has been with our company since 2015 and walks each Build Back job and makes sure that everything runs smoothly through the process.
Miguel Garcia
Miguel Garcia is our Contents, Water Mitigation, Commercial Property, and Bio-Recovery Estimator here at SERVPRO Spring/Tomball.

Miguel has been an employee at SERVPRO for 6 years. He was a Technician for 2 years, and now one of our Estimators!
Contents Department
Our Contents Department is in charge of the Contents Pack outs and Pack-Ins, Structure Cleaning, Contents Cleaning, Duct Cleaning, and Bio-Hazard Cleaning.
They also do onsite Ozone Cleaning to Fire and Smoke Damaged contents.
Structure Repair Department
Our Repair Departement is in charge of re-building what our Mitigation Department has torn down.
The Repair Service Project Coordinator is Ashley Baker. Our three estimators are Jesse Jones, Ray Trevino, and Mark Marquez. Shane Elliott and Robert Cryer are both superintendents.
Mark Marquez
Mark is one of our Build Back Estimators here at SERVPRO of Spring/Tomball.
Mark has 5 years of experience as an estimator at a different SERVPRO location and has recently joined our team.
Mark also has over 15 years of experience as an insurance adjustor.
Vanessa Cid
Vanessa Cid is one of our contents and mitigation estimators here at SERVPRO of Spring/Tomball.
She has been with us for 3 years!

Karen Moore
Karen Moore is our Accountant here at SERVPRO of Spring/Tomball.
She is trained in multiple systems including Xactimate and our accounting programs.
Ms. Karen has a huge heart and a bright soul!
Production Team
Our production team consists of 25-35 employees on average. They perform services such as water mitigation, pack-outs, pack-backs, contents cleaning, mold remediation, duct cleaning, and fire damage clean up.
These highly-trained individuals have been taught the proper skills and knowledge to ensure that our customers are taken care of the right way.
Office Staff
This group of employees works efficiently in the office every day to make sure the proper paperwork gets signed on jobs, photos get taken, coordinate jobs, answer phone calls, and everything in between!
