I called SERVPRO at 10:30PM on a Saturday night due to having an emergency in one of my units and they came out promptly the next day to do an estimate on the unit and then first thing Monday to begin working. Will, Medina, and Valerie have wonderful customer service and walk you through everything as far as projected cost, time for repairs, damages and so forth. Valerie was great with scheduling the repairs and getting someone out the same day. Will use SERVPRO in the future if needed.
We had to deal with a fire and all the damage it left. SERVPRO packed up our belongings and got everything that was not destroyed cleaned. We lost a lot, but got to restore more than expected.

We had a grass fire that spread to our shed. We had a lot of plastics in the shed that melted on a lot of our yard equipment. SERVPRO was able to clean most of the restorable contents. Thank you for saving us from replacing EVERYTHING!
