I have used SERVPRO of Northwest San Antonio a few times and each time they did an excellent job. They arrived on time, did a professional job and communicated any concerns to me in a timely manner. They have cleaned my carpets, cleaned my duct work (which, in my opinion, is worth doing anytime even if you don't have an emergency). I recommended them to my mother-in-law in New Braunfels and she was very flexible about when they came out. They were hit with some flooding, called her to make sure she was fine with them rescheduling (which she was) and they communicated regularly with her for a couple of days and were finally able to come out to clean some moldy duct work. We couldn't be happier and will absolutely, hands down, use this company when the need arises.

I had these guys out before Thanksgiving to clean my air ducts and do a whole house air scrub. It made ALL THE DIFFERENCE in my house over Thanksgiving! My future son-in-law, who’s allergic to cats (and if you know me, you know my cats), had absolutely no issues at all while he was here. Working with SERVPRO was an excellent choice: Luis, Raul, Logan, Joey and Leo. All were professional and took great care of making sure the job got done and got done correctly. The worked daily to make sure the restoration was completed.

We had a water damage two years ago in our upstairs bathroom. We thought we had dried the area out well, turns out there was moisture trapped under the sink wall that we did not know about at the time. After two years we have started to notice a really bad odor coming from the area. The team at SERVPRO was able to detect the problem and treat the area with antimicrobial treatment and air scrubbers. I was very impressed to see the issue completely resolved.

SERVPRO did a GREAT job cleaning my daughter's bedroom carpet. They were very professional and made sure I was completely satisfied. I especially loved how careful they were when moving her furniture and as well as cleaning around and under items. I will definitely continue to use them for all my carpet cleaning needs!

Last week I had a carpet cleaning emergency Arggh! Just before my in-laws came into town. I felt a little wary about trusting SERVPRO because I'm pretty much do everything DIY, but it was crunch time...and well I was not let down!  From customer service (friendly and respectful) to punctuality (gotta get the kids to school) to a job well done (good as new carpet) SERVPRO knocked it out of the park!  I'm gonna tell all my friends!
