Gary Brown has been with the company for 16 years. He is the Production Manager and has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification in Water Removal Technician and Applied Structural Drying. Gary is also a certified mold supervisor for the state of Texas.

Beatrice has been with SERVPRO of Northwest San Antonio for six years. She manages all of our packouts and in home structure cleaning. Beatrice is extremely knowledgeable and caring. We are very blessed to work with her.

Jorge is a Production Manager. He is responsible for customer satisfaction and job quality control within our franchise. Jorge has been in the industry for 6+ years. His favorite thing about being in the restoration business is being able to help people in a time of need. Jorge was born and raised in San Antonio. He enjoys spending time with my family, river days, and golfing outside of work.

Lorenzo Pina is a Job File Coordinator with team Hall at SERVPRO of Northwest San Antonio. He is from San Antonio and enjoys getting to spend all of his spare time with his family. Lorenzo has only been in this industry for 7 months but has already gained a very fruitful experience that will last a lifetime. As a JFC at SERVPRO, he is the first voice that someone hears when they call in. Lorenzo takes pride in making sure that our customers have full faith and confidence that we will get them through a very stressful situation in a timely and professional manner.

Hector Arevalo is a Production manager on the waterside at SERVPRO of Norwest San Antonio. He has been in the industry for six years. Hector's favorite part about working for SERVPRO is being able to give the customer a great experience during a chaotic event in their life. He is from Monterrey, Mexico, and enjoys watching and playing Baseball on his time off.

Becky Adams is Lead Job File Coordinator. She helps answer the office phones, bill out estimates in the office, go out in the field, and estimate pack-outs or biohazard jobs. Becky has been in the industry for roughly 3 years, starting as a water technician and working her way up into the office. The thing she loves the most about being in this industry is never knowing what is going to happen; every day is different and she always has the opportunity to learn something new. Backy is originally from Phoenix, Arizona, and moved to San Antonio in 2019. She loves being active, going on hikes, and working out in her free time, as well as spending time with her family.

Gina works on our Marketing & Sales team. She has only worked with SERVPRO for a couple of months, but she has quickly become a key member of our team. Gina has learned through her time with SERVPRO that our team can help people during times of need. She is from San Antonio, Texas, and enjoys spending time with her family and her pets, along with watching Motor Racing.

Kyle is a Job File Coordinator with team Hall at SERVPRO of Northwest San Antonio. He has been in the property restoration business for 7 years and has gained a wide range of experience. One thing Kyle loves about this industry is being able to help homeowners and businesses in crisis. He strives to bring peace and hope into chaotic situations, all while moving a project along to completion. In his spare time, he loves to run, shoot film, and spend time mentoring students.

Terry is our Marketing and Sales Director. In September she will have been working with team Hall for 2 years. Terry values that her job at SERVPRO grants her the ability to help people. She was born in Montana but was raised in San Antonio, TX. Terry is a tennis coach and runs a non-profit for under-resourced kids in San Antonio teaching tennis to them. She enjoys music, theater, friends, family, and loves animals.

Jimmie is our new Construction Project Manager! We are so lucky to have him be a part of our SERVPRO of Northwest San Antonio team.
