Keith Atkins
Owner
Keith purchased the SERVPRO of Northeast Collin County/Greenville franchise in August 2011. Keith’s first career path was Mechanical Design Engineer, Aerospace and the Defense industry. He later went on to become a custom home builder and established Atkins Custom Homes, LLC in 1994. He still builds custom homes from time to time, but his main focus is on the re-construction aspect of his SERVPRO business. Keith has been married to his wife, Violette, for 20 years and they have 3 grown children together- Lindsay, Garrett and his Baby Hannah. Keith is a licensed State of Texas Mold Remediation Contractor as well as a Licensed Lead Renovator. Other certifications Keith holds are WRT, ASD Fire and Smoke, Carpet & Upholstery, ECTP and SERVPRO of Northeast Collin County/Greenville is an IICRC certified Firm. Keith enjoys camping, fishing, dirt bikes and 4-wheelers and most anything outdoors. He also love the Cowboys, “No matter what.”

Jason is certified in Fire and Smoke Restoration with 28 years of experience as a second-generation customer home builder, building and remodeling custom homes up to 20,000 sq ft. He has built in 3 Kaleidoscope of Homes shows and has been with SERVPRO of Northeast Collin County for 4 years. In his free time, Jason likes to spend time with his family. He and his wife have 4 daughters who he occasionally builds custom furniture for. He’s who we count on to reconstruct your property!
Larry Cavaness
Marketing Manager
Larry 4 years of experience in the industry and has spent the last 4 months with SERVPRO of NE Collin County. He has been married for 29 years with two children (27 and 20) and two grandchildren! His granddaughter is 6 and his grandson who is 4 months old. Larry loves music and sings in the band at church. He also loves golf, working out, snow skiing, surfing, and enjoys the outdoors. When we need to connect with our communities or link up with local businesses, Larry is our guy!
Chelsea Lauterbach
Cleaning Technician
Chelsea has over 10 years of experience cleaning and restoring belongings and has been with our team for the last year. She is who we count on to take your damaged keepsakes and restore them back to pre-fire or water condition. She has 3 children with lots of military ties in her family. She enjoys her motorcycle club, No Rules Riders, and doing bike rides for charity across the county. She’s also Hercules owner so we love that not only does she bring her talent and expertise to our team; we get to have her sweet dog around every day as well!
Paul Oatman
Production Technician
Paul has one year of restoration experience and has been with SERVPRO of Northeast Collin County since November of 2019. Paul has his WRT certification as well as his SERVPRO ECTP certification. Paul enjoys being productive and helping others as well as singing and making music and design in his free time.

Best customer service! I came home at 11pm from work to half of my house flooded because my cats decided to turn on the faucet in our guest bathroom while I was at work. No telling how long it had been on. I called them and they had a tech on his way by 12:30am as soon as I called they were already on their way! Great company and fast work!

Excellent Service and Results! Our water heater failed on a Sunday. We called SERVPRO of Northeast Collin County on Monday and talked to Keith. He said he could have a crew come give us an estimate that afternoon. Joel and his assistant arrived as promised. He made our day when he told us he could extract the water from the walls and floor without tearing them up! He gave us a quote for de-humidifiers and heat-blowing fans. He even had the equipment on his truck. So, we paid Keith via debit card over the phone and Joel installed in equipment Monday. Joel and his assistant were very careful not to damage our sports car when bringing the equipment in through the garage and when moving our dryer (to place the equipment). They were friendly, courteous and professional. They returned on Wednesday as planned. All areas were dry except one. So, they removed the equipment except for the problem area and re-arranged the heating fans on the spot. They left the fans on the problem area for another two days at no additional cost. They honored the quote even though we need additional time in one area. Greatly appreciated!!! If I ever need to fix water damage again, I will call SERVPRO of Northeast Collin County Princeton. I have nothing but positive things to say about the personnel and service. Both were fantastic.
