They were so helpful sprayed some microbial and all was good!

This crew member came to look at what I thought was horrible mold growth on my window sills in my daughters room. They were honest and said that it was just mildew growth from an ongoing window leak. We appreciate the honesty. I will use you guys for anything that ever comes up.

My home had a continuous dripping pipe under the sink that started to smell musty. I called SERVPRO out to check my cabinet. These guys are the most trust worthy crews I have ever had in my home. Thank God my cabinet was not to bad and these guys took care of the wet areas.

Call SERVPRO of Plano they were very honest they came out looked at what I thought was mold but was just a small section of mildew on my baseboards.  Very knowledgeable crew.

Our tech Andrew arrived on time for our appointment to disinfect the apartment and to steam clean an area rug and recliner. There was an issue with the equipment on the truck, however Andrew kept at it and got everything going. Another technician arrived to assist in the project (Garrett), and between the two of them they finished in no time at all. The recliner and rug both look brand new and the apartment smelled clean the next time we visited. We highly recommend SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison and these two gentlemen did an outstanding job.
