I had SERVPRO of Plano come out because my hot water heater broke in the middle of the night and flooded my entire home. Andrew and his crew were extremely helpful and very honest about what was needed. This company is honest and they do a fantastic job! If you ever need help with a flooded home I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Plano.
They did an excellent job. I was very impressed!
The SERVPRO members, headed by Mark Gonzales, did a wonderful job in dealing with our very stressful water damage situation. Mark and his team were always calm and courteous and explained exactly what they were doing and why they were doing it. They answered all of our questions and were always very professional. I am very impressed with them as individuals and with their work. I would recommend SERVPRO to anyone in need of their recovery and restoration services.
