Broderick Harris
Broderick Harris is our Warehouse/Fire Manager at SERVPRO of Plano. Broderick has been employed with SERVPRO of Plano since 1998. Broderick began his career with SERVPRO as a Technician helper at the age of 19 and has moved up to our Manager. Brodericks skills and knowledge in the cleaning and restoration field exceeds our expectations. He is a true asset to our team.
Terry Harris
Terry Harris is our Production Technician here at SERVPRO of Plano and has been with us since 2005. Terry and his team assist our fire/water crews with pack-outs and cleaning services. Terry enjoys fishing and camping in his free time.
Maricela Aguilar
Maricela Aguilar is our Cleaning Technician at SERVPRO of Plano and has been on the SERVPRO team since 2006. Maricela assists on our pack-outs and on location cleanings. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters in her free time.
Pam Robinson
Pam has been a team member here at SERVPRO of Plano since 2011. Pam started with SERVPRO of Plano as our Administrative Assistant but has worked her way up to our Office Manager. Pam has been in the restoration industry since 2002. Pam uses her expertise with fire and water restoration to lead our office and employees with training and education. We couldn't do what we do without Pam.
Lisa Parker
Lisa Parker is our Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of Plano, she has been with us since 2016 but has been in the SERVPRO system since 1988. She is a 2nd generation SERVPRO employee and has experience with fire and smoke cleaning and restoration, water damage mitigation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, office billing and receiving, and sales and marketing. In her free time she enjoys playing with her grand children.
Judy Groening
Judy Groening has been our Marketing Representative since 2005. Judy knows the restoration industry better then anyone else. She greatly enjoys fostering relationships with her marketing contacts and giving fun and unique gifts to her clients.
Jimmy Ramirez
Jimmy Ramirez has been a Production Crew Chief for our franchise since 2017 and holds certifications with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Jimmy has worked in the industry since 2014. Jimmy gives each and every customer the white glove experience and is one of the most knowledgeable team members in the psychometrics of drying.
Zachary Beres
Zach started with SERVPRO of Plano in 2016 while he was still in high school. Zach is very dependable and a quick learner. Zach is ECTP and is cross trained in our Fire and Water damage areas of expertise. In Zach's free time he enjoy's sports and video games. Zach was promoted to our sales and marketing representative for our Sherman/Denison license but is always willing to help in each department when needed. Zachary has said that his favorite part of this job is seeing the joy on people's faces when were done with cleaning/restoring their homes.
Randy Nelson
Randy Nelson joined our team in 2019 as our Reconstruction Manager. Randy brings many years experience in both reconstruction and new builds. Randy is a Navy Veteran and enjoys playing basketball and spending time with his granddaughter. Ron Prelow
Ron is a Crew Chief here at SERVPRO of Plano. Ron has over 8 years experience in the cleaning and restoration field. Ron is a valuable asset to our team. In his off time Ron likes to play football and spend time with his family.
Haylee Weathers
Haylee joined our team in 2021 as our Administrative Assistant. Haylee has become a valuable member of our team and is such a bright, funny and caring person. We are truly blessed to have her on our team.
Jimmy Taylor
Jimmy joined our team in 2021 as a Reconstruction Superintendent. Jimmy comes to SERVPRO of Plano with over 20 years of experience in the construction and insurance field. Jimmy is here to service all of your reconstruction and remodeling needs.
Justin Lewis
Justin joined our team in 2021 as a Crew Chief. Justin comes to SERVPRO of Plano with several years of cleaning and restoration experience. Justin is a true asset to our team and we are very lucky to have him.
Christian Hensley
Christian joined our team in 2021 as our Mold Remediation Technician. Christian is very detail oriented and he enjoys being able to help our customers recover from a mold/water damage.

I had SERVPRO of Plano come out because my hot water heater broke in the middle of the night and flooded my entire home. Andrew and his crew were extremely helpful and very honest about what was needed. This company is honest and they do a fantastic job! If you ever need help with a flooded home I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Plano.

These guys are fantastic. They came quick and cleaned everything up. Tyler and Tim are super personable and go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied. Communication was great, work was fantastic, and they made the entire experience stress free. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Plano!

A recent hail storm caused some roof damage and broke our skylight. Water came into our master bedroom. We called our insurance and they recommended this company. Derek Keo and Jacorey Hood were right on the scene with all kinds of equipment checking things out. There was even more great people showing up over the next few days as they dried everything out with fan blowers and a huge dehumidifier. Professional and courteous expedient service. They see things you do not. Think Ghostbusters!
