Cedar Crest is a fairly large area of Dallas County covering about 19 square miles.  It is roughly bounded by I-30 to the north, Loop 12 to the south, I-45 to the east and I-35 to the west.  It has an approximate population of 60,000 residents with a median age of 34.  The medium home was built in the 1960s.  With old homes come old electrical, plumbing and materials.  It was not until the 1990s that most homes started using plastic piping, prior to that it was copper or galvanized steel. It is also home to Robert Lee "Bullet Bob" Hayes, the only man to win an Olympic Gold Medal and a Super Bowl Championship.  He has also been inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame and the US Olympic Hall of Fame.

Dallas has been booming over the last 20+ years with massive amounts of people moving to the area, especially Cedar Crest and the Cedars.  Housing is still affordable in the area but rising fast.  The landscape is dotted with new structures as well as remodels. Excellent service! They showed up on time and put all my concerns at ease after we had a roof leak that caused mold to start growing in the attic insulation and second floor ceiling. The mold is gone now and everything is just as it was before it happened! The customer service was excellent too, they were so nice and made sure all of my questions were answered. 10/10 experience.
