I recently bought a home and the seller hired Serve Pro of West Knoxville. The seller was to have them clean the home due to them being smokers to help remove the nicotine residue and deodorize it. I met them at the home for a quote and could not believe how nice and professional they were. After it was scheduled I met them at the home to see the progress and was absolutely amazing. The difference in the home was incredible. The smoke smell was gone, and they did such a thorough job. The kitchen and cabinets looked brand new! They also got a layer off the windows and lighting fixtures I had no idea was there to begin with. I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be using them for future cleaning and other services. To top it off the women that came out for the quote we’re the two to do the cleaning. They had remembered talking to me and were so friendly personable. It was a wonderful experience all around.
I am an Agent with Farmers Insurance and SERVPRO has always done a great job for my clients. I had a client last winter that had a pipe burst while they were out of town and SERVPRO went above and beyond normal duties to make sure my customer was taken care of.
I recently bought a home. During the inspection I was told that there was a significant mold problem in my crawlspace. My inspector and realtor both referred me to SERVPRO of West Knoxville to have the mold killed and cleaned. The house was built in the 1950's, but now the crawlspace looks like it is under a brand new house. The crews worked quickly and efficiently. Much easier process than I had expected.
