They got to work immediately removing floor covering and had over 30 pieces of equipment running in no time to dry everything up after removing most of the water. They were constantly in touch with us for several days concerning our misfortune and returned to check on everything, then in about 4 days they removed all the equipment and left, however, made sure we had phone numbers to get in touch in case of any unexpected happenings.

They were on site even before the necessary forms were completed. We did nothing but be thankful for SERVPRO. James, the person who did the on-site cleanup was excellent. When we were able to return home, we found the house in excellent condition, all dry and equipment removing the remaining moisture. Multiple large rugs and smaller ones were removed and sent to be cleaned. They left equipment until we could return home after and emergency plumber stopped the water flow, and we could get our usual plumber over to repair the cause problem. Everyone was polite, concerned and able to make decisions in our absence. All my wife and I can say is: "Thank you very much, SERVPRO and especially Scott, James and the receptionist whose name we fail to remember. All three performed in a manner above the "expected" contractor. All of you - "FIVE STARS"!
