We ran into an issue with the painting of the block walls, but Jason Roberts brought in extra blowers and an industrial dehumidifier and made sure that we were happy with the project at the end. Would definitely hire them again!
This folks have been great to work with. Let's be real, if you have a major incident you're going to be stressed. Insurance claims take time. It's not like a planned remodel or basement clean-up. I used them for a thermal incident and mold remediation. They were very professional about getting things cleaned up right. Are they perfect, no they are human like you and me.
