SERVPRO was professional from start to finish for our job. Mike, our initial contact, was courteous and efficient. Tony, the foreman onsite throughout the job, was absolutely excellent. He was professional, courteous, prompt, kind, responsible, reliable, and went above and beyond to accommodate us and make life as easy as possible. He put up plastic walls and cleaned very thoroughly at the end of each day. His team of helpers did a fantastic job too.

On April 30th, between 2:00-4:00 PM, there was a huge storm with non-stop straight line winds at 65-75 mph. It took a portion of our roof off. Then the water began dripping. We only had four buckets so we called SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford. They came right out that evening and didn't leave until 11:30 PM. In the dark and the rain, they tarped our roof and crawled up into our attic to assess the damage that they would be fixing the next day. They were great. They were with us that Friday, Saturday and Sunday, until the job was done. They were just GREAT.

Jason and his whole crew were phenomenal! Professional, responsive, courteous, and moved at a lightning speed! Jason always answered his phone on the first ring and texts were answered immediately! I couldn't have asked for a better experience for such a horrible mishap. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Jason is such an asset to SERVPRO, he should be recognized for his wonderful contribution to your company!!! He singlehandedly turned a horrendous situation into a bearable task, thanks to his level headed calm approach to this task!!! I can't say enough about his contributions.

It is quite refreshing when I constantly hear so many great things about Cliff and his team at our business referral networking group meetings each week, and then I actually see it for myself when I have to use them for my own home. Great experience with SERVPRO. They helped us out in a time of crisis when a leak in our kitchen created mold and an unlivable situation. The team was awesome.
