I wanted to let you know how grateful I am for the kindness of everyone at SERVPRO.  My parents had a small fire last Monday in their home.  Fortunately, nobody was hurt and the fire itself did not spread beyond a small area in the kitchen, however, they do have a lot of smoke damage and some water damage.  I was so impressed with how prompt and professional SERVPRO was on Monday when they came out shortly after the fire company finished.  Everyone we have dealt with has been very kind and compassionate.  While this isn't easy for my parents, knowing they have such good people helping them out has been a Godsend.

It gives me pleasure to let you know how satisfied I was when I spent six hours at the SERVPRO location in Oxford, PA today. When I was contacted the end of last week concerning my being asked if I would agree to come to the location mentioned above, I wasn't quite sure just what I would be doing. Having spent the hours at that location in the company of Jeremy McCarty, Jonathon Bell, Eugene Hall, and Chandler Widdoes, I can say without hesitation that, in addition to accomplishing far more than I expected, I felt I had 'reconnected" with three friends. Mr. McCarty, while acting in a professional manner, treated me in a most compassionate and respectful way.

I would like to think SERVPRO had provided each of the staff with whom I worked today with the 'people skills' I witnessed. If that be so, I then must congratulate the leadership in the organization. Otherwise, I have to believe that Mr. McCarty possesses those skills on his own and has managed to act as a role model for those who work with him.

Everyone was efficient, professional and hardworking. Pleasure to have the crew at our home.
