David Hughes was the founder of SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford. He was a Partner in the franchise for over 20 years and ran the franchise with his son, Michael Hughes. While Dave was with us, he was able to grow the business to the successful franchise it is today. He was also a Storm Coordinator for our restoration projects completed along the east coast for severe storm damage. Michael now runs the company while David's other three children all play important roles in the daily operation of the business as well. David was IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Health and Safety.

Michael Hughes is the Owner and President of SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford. Michael is the driving force behind our operations, and ensures each job is completed to our customers satisfaction.

Sandie Hughes is the Director of Administration and has been with the team for over 17 years, spending time in every department. In 2009, she worked in the Storm Team division, traveling all over the east coast as a Coordinator. She became Office Manager in 2012 and now serves as the first point of contact for office operations. Sandie is very proud of her strong Office team and is happy to be a resource for all departments within SERVPRO. She enjoys everyone she works with and looks forward to growth and many more years with everyone. Her team says she is the glue that keeps everyone together!

Joe Hughes has been with SERVPRO for over sixteen years and is our Construction Manager. He works hard to visit our customers quickly after the emergency service work has been completed to get their homes repaired as fast as possible. The work that Joe and the reconstruction department perform is incomparable, leaving customers elated at the finished service in their home.

Victor Sotolotto is the Director of Operations for SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford. Victor had 19 years of retail management before coming to SERVPRO and has now been with the company for five years. Victor is certified by the IICRC in ASD, WRT, AMRT, and FSRT. Victor enjoys working with and/or helping others in their time of need.

Cliff Masscotte is the Director of Business Development for SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford. Cliff started with the company in February of 2016 as a Marketing Representative bringing more than 14 years of retail experience with him. Cliff now manages all marketing aspects for the company including: social media, website content, promotions, community engagement, customer satisfaction, and overall marketing for the franchise.

Cliff has obtained his CERT(Community Emergency Response Team) certification in order to help in times of disaster. Cliff also has certifications for WRT, ASD, CDS, FSRT, and OCT. Brian Arencibia is a Business Development Specialist for SERVPRO of Kennett Square/ Oxford. He started with the company in May of 2016 and has gained experience in many different facets of the restoration industry. He is IICRC certified in WRT, ASD, and AMRT. Brian has obtained his CERT(Community Emergency Response Team) certification in order to help in times of disaster. He had 7 years of experience in retail management prior to joining the SERVPRO team.

Brian covers the east side of the Sales territory (Kennett Square, Coatesville, Landenberg, Pocopson, Downingtown, West Grove, Chadds Ford, Avondale, etc).

AJ Thomas is a Business Development Specialist for SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford. He started out with the company in a Production role. AJ now covers the west side of the Sales territory (Oxford, Parkesburg, Lincoln University, Atglen, Coatesville, Landenberg, West Grove, Cochranville, etc).

Nicole Bowen is the Marketing Support Coordinator for SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford. She started with the company in September of 2018 and has gained experience in many areas of marketing. Nicole assists with marketing efforts including website content, community events, administrative duties, and customer relations. She brings more than 8 years of retail experience to the SERVPRO team.

Jason Brennan is a Production Manager with us and joined our team two years ago. He comes from a construction background which makes him a great fit for understanding and being able to explain the services that we provide to our customers. He has a patient personality and deals terrifically with all customers. Jason is always smiling and is pleasure to have on the team! Jason is IICRC certified in WRT and ASD.

Keri is the Lead Admin and JFC with us. She has been a part of the Office team for over 6 years! Keri is diligent, handling any task given quickly and precisely. She efficiently handles many tasks daily from labor allotment to jobs, managing mitigation subcontractors, inventory purchases, customer, and adjuster communications and much more! Keri keeps everyone laughing and in a good mood with her contagious laugh and upbeat personality.

Ashley is both the Receptionist and JFC with our Office team. She has been with us for over four and a half years. Ashley has the perfect personality and demeanor to handle the first call from our customers; she is patient, understanding and compassionate. Every task she is given is completed with a smile. She is very detailed and works hard to always keep our databases clean and accurate. Ashley is a joy to have as part of our team!

Rocio is a Crew Chief with us and has been with SERVPRO for over eight and a half years! She has provided hard work, endured the emergency services at all hours and physical demands of the industry for the longest of all of our crew chiefs, and does so with a smile on her face. She is generous, thoughtful and always keeps everyone smiling and laughing. Rocio is IICRC certified in WRT.

John is a Crew Chief with us and has been a part of the team for about five and a half years. He provides detailed job files and is always willing to travel to help customers in any state. He is punctual and is a dependable first responder for after hours and weekend jobs. John is IICRC certified in WRT.

Chelsy is a Crew Chief with us and has been a part of the team for over three years. She is great at team support, provides complete job files and works well with everyone. Chelsy is IICRC certified in WRT and ASD. She is an asset to the team!
