They took special care to ensure that the door was level, closed effortlessly, and installed the electronic locks for me as well and made sure that everything was perfect. When I had a tree fall on the back of my house form a summer storm my insurance agent called SERVPRO of Southern Scioto & Lawrence Counties.  They were on site within a couple of hours. They coordinated the removal of the tree and the tarping of the roof before the end of the day.  They had the construction started and finished within 5 business days.  I could not be more pleased with them.  I would use them again any time.

I am so thankful that this SERVPRO was not only able to do the mold remediation and remove damage properly, but could also do the restoration process.

WOW Unbelievable service! I was approached by an employee handing out educational information on mold, water, and fire damage. They returned every other week, I was so impressed with their consistency I tried them and they came the same day to clean my business' ducts.
