When I had a tree fall on the back of my house form a summer storm my insurance agent called SERVPRO of Southern Scioto & Lawrence Counties.  They were on site within a couple of hours. They coordinated the removal of the tree and the tarping of the roof before the end of the day.  They had the construction started and finished within 5 business days.  I could not be more pleased with them.  I would use them again any time.

SERVPRO was very knowledgeable and very helpful to me. Timeliness of service in all aspects was excellent. All crews were professional and hard working. I am so thankful that this SERVPRO was not only able to do the mold remediation and remove damage properly, but could also do the restoration process.

I called SERVPRO of Southern Scioto and Lawrence Counties because my insurance agent suggested them.  I now know why they suggested them.  They got to me very quickly and worked diligently to get my basement cleared out and dried.  They then made sure that it was put back the way it was and replaced a damaged vanity.  Great work and I would definitley suggest them myself.

My daughter and son in law wanted to update the look of their home so I bought them a new front door as a Christmas present. WOW Unbelievable service! I was approached by an employee handing out educational information on mold, water, and fire damage. They returned every other week, I was so impressed with their consistency I tried them and they came the same day to clean my business' ducts.
