Portsmouth, Ohio is a historic city located on the north bank of the Ohio River, just east of the mouth of the Scioto River. The city was established in 1803 and has a rich history of Native American culture, early European settlement, and important contributions to the abolitionist movement. Today, Portsmouth is known for its industrial base and has become an important location for fire and water restoration services.
Portsmouth's location at the confluence of two major rivers made it an important transportation hub for early settlers and industrialists. When I had a tree fall on the back of my house form a summer storm my insurance agent called SERVPRO of Southern Scioto & Lawrence Counties. They were on site within a couple of hours. They coordinated the removal of the tree and the tarping of the roof before the end of the day. They had the construction started and finished within 5 business days. I could not be more pleased with them. I would use them again any time.
SERVPRO was very knowledgeable and very helpful to me. Timeliness of service in all aspects was excellent. All crews were professional and hard working. I am so thankful that this SERVPRO was not only able to do the mold remediation and remove damage properly, but could also do the restoration process.
WOW Unbelievable service! I was approached by an employee handing out educational information on mold, water, and fire damage. They returned every other week, I was so impressed with their consistency I tried them and they came the same day to clean my business' ducts. I was so happy I had them come and clean my entire house both carpets and ducts. Not to mention if something does happen guess who I will call first, SERVPRO of So Scioto & Lawrence Counties.
