We experienced a basement flood due to a frozen pipe during the record cold snap of February 2015. Paul and his team showed great patience, compassion, and support during the healing process of getting our basement repaired. Paul's attention to detail and creativity were outstanding. SERVPRO cleaned all traces of mold and provided remodeling suggestions. Overall we are well pleased with their work!
