Randolph Township is one of eighteen townships found in Portage County Ohio. Atwater Township is governed by a three-member board of trustees, elected every two years. Randolph was named by the owner prior to settlement in honor of his son, Henry Randolph Storrs.

The change of clear skies is great, and the landscape is perfect for an unobstructed view of the solar eclipse of the sun. The solar eclipse’s track of totality is northeast from Mexico, Illinois, over Northeast Ohio, and across to the Canada-New England border.
The Randolph Fire Department serves the residence by supplying both fire protection and emergency response medical services. Firefighters fight fire but they also respond to emergencies like natural disasters. Volunteer Firefighters do not earn wages for their service, they live and work near the fire station to enable them to respond quickly to any emergencies within Randolph Township.
