We recently had a frozen pipe that burst and caused water damage to our business. Called SERVPRO of Cincy and they came out very quickly and took care of everything for us so that we didn’t have to close down for a long period of time. They also worked with our insurance company on the billing for their services AND helped us with making repairs. We have a neighbor that has also used them in the past to help with a fire cleanup and they spoke highly of this location and recommended them to us. Would recommend this company to anyone that has a water or fire damage situation!!

About Us
Co-Owners, Julie, Tony, and Mike teamed up eleven years ago to start SERVPRO® of Madison, Rockcastle, Garrard, & Lincoln Counties. They were friends long before they were SERVPRO Co-Owners. Tony and Mike grew up together and even traveled to college at the University of Kentucky together. They all three have a passion for the SERVPRO industry that they loved so much --they decided to share it with each other. Their friendship and ownership continue to grow, they now operate 9 SERVPRO franchises, including SERVPRO of Downtown Cincinnati, Team Roberts/Parsons.
They were once named the 2017 Kentucky SERVPRO Franchise of the Year! There are over 25 SERVPRO’s throughout Kentucky so to be named the top tier was an extreme honor.
