We were in process of buying a home and were slightly concerned about the odor in the basement in the home we were interested in. Our basement was saturated when we returned home from vacation and we had no idea what to do. A friend of ours told us to call SERVPRO of Glen Cove / Jericho and they were fantastic. We had a small water leak in our basement from an old water valve. The carpet was wet in a small area and we were advised to call SERVPRO of Glen Cove / Jericho. When the crew arrived we asked them the cost of the project and they stated it was a minimum charge of $550.00. We agreed on the price and let them proceed with the work they had to do. After drying up the carpet as much as they could they placed a fan under the carpet and let it sit blowing under the carpet through the night. They came back to our house the next afternoon and removed the fan and placed are carpet back in place and the job was done. Thank you SERVPRO for your fast response and reasonable rate of service. We will definitely use you and recommend you in the future.

Bill from SERVPRO came to my home on time and was very helpful in explaining to me the procedures for Mold Remediation and what steps he recommended to take.
