Flat Iron Cleanup and Restoration

We called SERVPRO when we had a leak coming from our 2nd floor into our kitchen on the first floor. SERVPRO were excellent, they responded straight away and arrived within an hour of calling, they walked us through the process and made everything super easy. Great experience, would definitely use them again!

REVIEW FOR MY PACK OUT AND MOVE IN PROCESS ONLY: Under the masterful direction of Crew Chief Evelyn, her team of Joel, Shirley, German, Alejandro, & Elias went beyond & above and really pulled it all together for this recent move. I cannot say enough good things about this moving crew. They were exceptionally efficient, hardworking, and professional from start to finish. They handled everything with care and worked incredibly quickly without cutting corners. They made what was for me a stressful day feel smooth and organized. Not only were they impressively strong (they made heavy furniture look effortless), but they were also courteous and respectful throughout the entire process. Anytime I asked for something to be adjusted or moved again after they had already set it down, they were patient and accommodating — not even a hint of frustration. That level of professionalism and kindness makes all the difference. They made it feel seamless. They were polite, respectful, and positive. I’m so completely grateful for their teamwork, and how they knocked it out of the park. I have had the luck to have had Evelyn and her team for both my pack-out and move back in. Her exceptional direction made all the difference between a dismal experience and one where I was completely confident that I was in good hands. Federico Viveros headed up my wonderful Servpro team. He was prompt, diligent and caring. Easy to reach out to 24/7. He used technology for limiting water damage and mold as best he could. I would call him again in an instant!

We had a burst pipe which completely flooded and destroyed two levels in our house. The team came within half an hour of my call, took one look at my insurance documents and got cranking. I always felt in good hands. They managed expectations well and I felt I was listened to. In fact, several representatives kept asking how I was doing in all the mess. I am glad (regardless of circumstances) I was able to experience the team as a customer. They did a great job.

The team led by Evelyn , Eduardo, Luis , Shirley and Maria were very kind and efficient moving us out and back in to our home. Good communication.
