Dear Kevin:

Now that we're back in the house and reasonably settled, we wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your entire team for all their effort as well as the consideration shown us during this trying time.

The pack out, pack in, demolition and cleaning crews were all amazing. They arrived promptly and worked hard day after day, cheerfully. As employers ourselves we know that skills can be taught, temperament cannot. Each and every one of them was a consummate professional of whom you and SERVPRO can be proud.

We also want to thank you, personally, for your caring, helpfulness and responsiveness. We were aware that you had many jobs going, yet we always felt that our needs were foremost on your mind.

SERVPRO is the best. They came in. Took charge. Found the leak. Put an arrow in blue tape exactly where the leak was. They cleaned up. Took everything apart. Put the fans in. When everything was done, then they left. The plumber had no trouble founding the leak, thanks to SERVPROs arrow.

Thought I could put a couple house fans on my carpet after a flood. Boy, was I wrong. These guys came out and extracted more water than I knew could be trapped under there. So glad I called them.

The General Manager Mike Brooks is a huge asset to your team. He has gone above and beyond for me. Even answering his personal phone after hours to answer my questions or help me with my second loss from same windows. He guided me every step of the way. I will definitely use SERVPRO for any of my clean up needs going forward and will be sure to call Michael first. Thank you SERVPRO

I was shaking in fear from how much water was covering my entire downstairs. These guys were so amazing. The entire team was so efficient and most importantly empathetic and SO kind.

I had the pleasure of working with SERVPRO on 2 separate occasions. I was so happy with their service the first time, I had to call them again. In both situations I had a flood. One was pretty bad! Mike Brooks came out both times. His prompt attention, knowledge and genuine concern made my stress level come down quite a bit! All I had to do was provide my information, and he took care of everything.
