I just wanted to let you know what great staff you have.  My mother had a plumbing issue occur in her house last night and our insurance company directed us to your company. It has been a pleasure dealing with your technicians.  All 3 of them have represented your company with the great standards that customers and employers look for.

This company is the best! Our hot water heater busted in the attic causing water damage to several rooms. I called my insurance company and they recommended SERVPRO of DownTown Las Vegas. They show up in a timely manor and fix the issues in no time.

Called SERVPRO to help dry my bedroom out when it was flooded by upstairs neighbor's water heater. What a mess! SERVPRO sent JORGE and MARCOS to dry my place out and also to tear out the walls and ceiling areas that were damaged. Not only did they do a great job, but they were kind, patient and professional. I am a senior citizen, and the whole thing made me so nervous. If my nervousness bothered them in any way, they never let on...they were amazing!

I also spoke many times to Laura and Stacy...as well as Jasmine in the office. They, too, were always very kind and professional with me! I cannot begin to tell you how much that means to someone who is dealing with an unpleasant situation!!
