Called SERVPRO to help dry my bedroom out when it was flooded by upstairs neighbor's water heater. What a mess! SERVPRO sent JORGE and MARCOS to dry my place out and also to tear out the walls and ceiling areas that were damaged. Not only did they do a great job, but they were kind, patient and professional. I am a senior citizen, and the whole thing made me so nervous. If my nervousness bothered them in any way, they never let on...they were amazing!
I also spoke many times to Laura and Stacy...as well as Jasmine in the office. They, too, were always very kind and professional with me! I cannot begin to tell you how much that means to someone who is dealing with an unpleasant situation!! Don't hesitate to call these folks at SERVPRO when in need...they are extremely customer service oriented and did a great job...the BEST!!
