EACH SERVPRO STORE IS DIFFERENT. I went with this one because of good reviews and I was not let down. Keith and Nick were incredible. The work that Nick did with his team was very impressive. They were always on time, always extremely courteous, and did really great work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a bad water leak from my HVAC system in my basement. They talked me through the issue on the phone to stop the leak and then came out first thing in the morning. They came the next 5 days in a row to make sure every part of my basement was clean from the floors, the steps, and book shelves. They didn't rush the job just to move on to the next, they made sure it was done right. Not only did they fix that issue, but as they looked through everything, they noticed potential issues with my pipes that could potentially cause more issues. They let me know about them so I could get them taken care of before something worse happened. Absolutely recommend SERVPRO Mt Ephraim Bellmawr is you have any type of emergency and need the piece of mind it will get fixed.

I didn't know what to do when my basement flooded so I did a quick google search for flooded basements and the first google result was SERVPRO so I looked at their reviews and saw they did great work and called. Next thing you know SERVPRO showed up on time plus they were very professional. They did an excellent job and I would recomend them to anyone who has any water damage to their home.

Coming home the last thing I wanted to deal with was a squishy carpet and horrendous odor in our basement. I called SERVPRO of Mount Ephraim told them the situation and they said “No problem”. They were out working on my basement within hours and it was drying by the end of the day (I had a cracked sewer pipe). The work to put back my basement was done neatly and quickly. I tell all of my friends, if they have any issues, call SERVPRO of Mount Ephraim/Bellmawr.

We recently had a flood in the basement. It occurred on the evening that my father passed away. As one would imagine it is a terrible day when a flooded basement in your family home is the best part of the day. I didn’t have access or the capacity to find the needed insurance information. Both Keith & Nick could not have been kinder to help us with the flood waters and to walk us thru the process. They were kind to my mom and respectful of the fact that our days were busy with funeral planning and worked with our schedule. On the final day when they picked up the equipment, Nick handed me a sympathy card. That kind gesture is the act of the kind of company that I can 100% recommend to family & friends.
