Daughters tournament weekend and our basement flloded due to bad weather and a sump pump problem.  They were great accomodated our calendar issues took care of everything.  Even when our insurance company needed further info they obliged with the right paperwork so that it was covered.

I can’t say enough about the exceptional service we received from SERVPRO Mt. Ephraim Bellmawr when our sump pump failed in our finished basement. They evaluated the situation, explained every step of the process, worked with the insurance company and were extremely kind and professional! They treated our home like it was their own and we really appreciated the extra care. We hope to never need them again in a disaster, but I can’t wait to have them back for their other services.

I wanted to write a thank you note for helping us during this tragedy but in all honesty, on a more personal level, I do want to tell both you and Rob thank you for everything you did for us. After the previous company made a total mess of my home that made this a nightmare, your team handled everything, kept me informed, and I knew that everything would work out, and it did. I cannot say enough good things about SERVPRO Mount Ephraim.  During heavy rains recently it caused a back up in my basement.  I thought it was just water but when they came right out realized it was a sewer back up.  They met with the adjuster on site to discus the loss and gain approvals.  Completed the job safely and timely I told them they have my business from here on out.

We had a great experience with SERVPRO Mt Ephraim.  Torrential rains were hitting the front of our house and apparently one of the windows had a leak.  They got here quickly covered the window and moved our dining room furniture and area rug before it got to bad.  A few days later we were dry and getting repairs to the window.  Thanks

Keith and his guys are the best. Got to work immediately (which I needed very much) worked the price so I didn't lose my shirt. I would recommend Keith to anyone. Real guy who isn't out to skin you and does great work. Hard to find but here he is. Thanks Keith!!!!!

We had SERVPRO of Mt Ephraim come to our home after a storm left water in our basement along with a sewer backup.  They were great explained everything to me and worked with our insurance direclty.  Call them if you need help I hope not to need them but if I do will use them again.
