Honest people (in a sometimes dishonest field). Keith and his team are top notch. I had them out to fix a pipe leak and they did great work, advised me on the best solution in terms of health and dealing with the insurance company. I trusted them so much that when I had water damage from a storm, I called them before the insurance company just to have them assess if I should file a claim, have them do the work without a claim or do the work myself. They gave nothing but honest answers. Use them if you have any restoration issues, they are great.

When my stepmother's house was destroyed by trees during a storm in July, SERVPRO saved the day and the home. The roof collapsed and there was extensive damage. Keith and his crew made the experience so easy and user friendly. He encouraged communication and was the first to contact us with any concerns. My stepmother never had to be bothered with anything except selections of colors. She was out of her home for 3 months and is back into a beautifully restored dwelling.
