Communication about arrivals and the step by step process that was needed to make my basement safe after the flood was timely and appreciated. Naomi, Pam, Amy, Jeremy, and Ashley are fantastic!
Had a great experience at all parts of the process. Promptly checked out the area in question. Eric took the time to explain the steps needed to complete the project and kept us up to date throughout. He was very polite and professional. Would recommend for future needs.

The team at SERVPRO of Cheshire County recently came to our rescue when we had a significant water problem at one of our offices in Keene - which resulted in 2-3 inches of water covering the office floors.
