Richard, Around 8 PM the night before the carpet was to be installed in the lower level, we had a horrific rainstorm. The basement got wet and we panicked. I called SERVPRO of Keene and spoke with your son. He gave good advice, the water was manageable and we cleaned it up. About 1/2 hour later, we got another call from one of the brothers who saw our name on the emergency call list and wanted to be sure we were ok. It was 9 PM. What an example of exemplary customer service!
The team at SERVPRO of Cheshire County recently came to our rescue when we had a significant water problem at one of our offices in Keene - which resulted in 2-3 inches of water covering the office floors. They were extremely efficient in removing the water, getting everything dried out and helping get the repairs underway. We are grateful to the team at SERVPRO for their prompt and professional service!
The two Tysons that did the physical work were great, hustled the entire time they were here. They were sensitive to my terrified wife's questions, and answered everything professionally and completely. I would recommend SERVPRO of Cheshire County without ANY hesitation. As a bonus, the quote that Wil created was itemized, documented completely, and reasonably priced. It would cost me almost as much in fan rentals and they removed the wet materials in hours, where I would have taken a long time trying to squeeze around my schedule. When it comes to preventing mold, you want the work done fast. They also had experience so they knew when to dig deeper and when to stop. If you or your partner are a "Do-It-Yourself" person like I am, but your "projects" always take longer than you expected, do yourself a big favor and just hire SERVPRO. It is stressful enough, let SERVPRO fix it. They have the equipment, skills, and manpower to do it quickly. I have NO regrets. 5 stars (out of 5).
We had some damage to our house in a storm a couple of weeks ago. Spoke with SERVPRO the next day to help with water damage and removal. They had someone out next day to access the job. The day after that they had a team out there removing and setting up fans. With in three days we had all the damage parts of our property exposed and drying out with there fans. Their team were top notch and took ever precaution to seal off non damaged parts of the house. We could not have had a better experience.
Restoration workers were wonderful. They immediately started to work and completed the work in a very timely manner. They were also really friendly and helpful.
The guys were friendly professional and great to deal with.
Jake, Jon and DJ were wonderful, Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

History:
- SERVPRO of Cheshire County was founded in 1978. Ownership was taken over by Richard and Susan Paul in 1988. Both Richard and Susan are from the area and still reside in Cheshire County today. For over 10 years, the Paul's stayed focused on providing the area with the very best in fire & water restoration services and building positive awareness through compassion, customer satisfaction and community involvement. In 2002, Richard and Susan’s oldest son Ryan came on board full-time as an Estimator and Project Manager. A year later, younger son Derek joined the family-owned and operated franchise. Both Ryan and Derek grew up in Cheshire County attending Keene High School and Keene State College. Now over 30 years into their family’s ownership, Ryan and Derek Paul are handling day-to-day operations as Co-Owners of the business along with Ryan’s wife Melissa who began her role as Office Manager in 2011. Ryan manages business operations while Derek is Director of Marketing. Together, the three hope to continue to maintain the shining reputation that was created by Richard and Susan over 30 years ago.
