Without her and the documentation taken by the crew while in the home I would not have a personal property claim to try and recoup a life time’s worth of belongs. AS I entered the home yesterday there was no sign of the war zone that had ensued on October 30th, pollutant free, both in the home and the HVAC system and the house was spotless including the cupboards and fridge. Stone Shi and his technicians were responsive, punctual, and professional in dealing with our water damage & mold issues. They took great care with containment by setting up plastic and protected our hardwood floors. I was kept informed & up do date on the process required to dry and mitigate our mold due to water damage from our dishwasher. I was very pleased with their full disclosure during the process. The documentation & photos were enlightening. The before during & after photos showed me the correct steps that were taken to ensure the better than new promise. Thank you very much.
