I don’t know why the Not Sure is showing. I am sure of this Servpro Fire team. I had a kitchen grease fire which caused a lot of smoke damage. All my home contents had to be removed and everything had to be cleaned. Donna, who is the manager and her crew, Blanca, Angela, Ethan and Alex did an amazing job. They not only made me still feel safe and secure in a job being well done but they made me feel like I was family. They cared for my things as if they were their own. They also made sure that I was up-to-date and comfortable on everything they were doing and understood the process well. They are very professional, Very polite and friendly. They were diligently to get the job done and they do their job tremendously well. I am so thankful to them for taking this Burden Off of me. I am 74 and I cannot clean like I used to, plus my husband feeling break his hip. They were exactly what we needed. And they went above and beyond.
