I had a great experience with SERVPRO. They were very professional and communicated every step with me. I had a dishwasher flood with water seeping into my wall and flooring. SERVPRO took care of everything for me and my kitchen very clean. They isolated the affected areas and updated me regarding all progress. Luke and Ryan were dispatched to my home were very courteous and informative. Communication was handled in a timely manner on a daily basis. I would highly recommend them!

SERVPRO of Lee and South Chatham were a godsend. They arrived promptly and mitigated further damage and worked very well with our insurance company. They explained everything that they were doing and worked to make sure we were satisfied. I couldn't be happier with their job or work ethic and have enthusiastically recommended them to a friend who had a similar incident. SERVPRO made an unpleasant and stressful incident much easier to deal with and overcome.

Any time that we have a storm our house does floods. I gave them all excellent in all categories, polite, prompt, they clearly explained the process. I would recommend them to all family, and friends.

It was a difficult claim to handle because of the timing (many other claims at the same time, the time of year-winter) and trying to keep the insurance office running while the storm damage was being repaired.
