I cannot think of anything that could improve this SERVPRO franchise (Lee and South Chatham).They are very professional staff and are customer-service-oriented. I liked all the men that assisted my problem, they were very helpful!

I moved in to my small apartment about 5 months ago and because I had a puppy who dragged food everywhere and peed wherever he liked until he was trained, my carpet looked pretty awful. Every other place I called did not want to come or asked for some ridiculous fee because of the fact that my apartment is small and half of it is hardwood. SERVPRO was really nice about that and super professional. They came in and were gone in less than an hour. My carpet looks amazing and I'm really happy. Super friendly and hard working.

Just a note to say thank you so very much for taking care of the remediation process of my daughters condo. It was difficult being so far away and trying to fully understand the issues. You made it easy. Thanks for going above and beyond to help.

SERVPRO did an amazing job helping restore a building for East Chatham Baseball Little League. Between mold remediation and cleaning, the building that hasn't been used in over 10 years looks almost brand new. Luke and staff were friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. The quote was fair and they even came back to do more when they weren't satisfied. I would highly recommend SERVPRO and they'll be my first call for any future issues.

Very happy SERVPRO was able to remove the mold I found in my bathroom. Very pleased with the crew that worked in my home. Now my bathroom is clean for my guests during the holidays.

I absolutely love these guys. I had so many people look at my crawl space and Luke and his team were the first people to tell me mold was present. They were polite, professional and worked with my high expectations. They removed the mold, painted under the house with an anti-mold paint and put a vapor barrier down, all in a timely manner and explained the process clearer. I also liked the itemized invoice. I’m so happy I found SERVPRO of Lee and South Chatham Counties. They rock!
