We initiated a phone call to them for Large Branch that had penetrated our Roof and water was entering our finished area of the Home . Today when situations arise we rarely see "such a concerned response by a Vendor", in our case Luke Starritt owner & one of his employees were on site in 90 minutes accessed , & returned 2 hours later , scale our roof , tarped spot, vent area resealed, and further advised the Roofer would be onsite in 24 hours to effect complete repair. WOW! This Franchisee is an 11+.

I had a flood in my home just a couple weeks ago. SERVPRO was at my house cleaning up and drying the flooded area so fast! I think many of my belongings were saved because of their speed and organization. They kept me informed of every step, and were so courteous and careful of my things.

After a pipe burst in my kitchen SERVPRO arrived quickly to dry everything out. Very happy with the prompt response because I was worried about mold forming.

SERVPRO of Lee and South Chatham were a godsend. They arrived promptly and mitigated further damage and worked very well with our insurance company. They explained everything that they were doing and worked to make sure we were satisfied. I couldn't be happier with their job or work ethic and have enthusiastically recommended them to a friend who had a similar incident. It was a difficult claim to handle because of the timing (many other claims at the same time, the time of year-winter) and trying to keep the insurance office running while the storm damage was being repaired.
